QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT BRASS MARINE PROPULSION

                    

Our commitment to Quality is a Key guiding principle of our Vision and provides the basis for action in Brass Marine Propulsion.

Quality to us means that we continually meet mutually agreed requirements within the company, between Brass Marine employees, as well as in all our dealings with business partners and society in general.

 

Quality Management System

Quality Management is a company-wide, management-led, continuous improvement process to ensure that the attitudes and behaviour of every employee are focused on:

 

  • Identifying, understanding, and reviewing the requirements of external and internal customers,

  •  

  • Satisfying these requirements efficiently and effectively,

  •  

  • Continually monitoring the fulfillment of these requirements and carrying out corrective measures whenever necessary.

All activities following these steps must result in providing value to Brass Marine Propulsion and Our Customers.

 

Responsibility for Implementation

The responsibility to implement Quality Management lies with the Heads of Units, Project Heads, Heads of Business Sector, Corporate Staff Units and Group Corporate Head.
